ImageST. PETERSBURG, Fla. --Justin Klemm has been promoted to Executive Director of the Professional Baseball Umpire Corporation (PBUC) by Pat O’Conner, President and CEO of Minor League Baseball.
O’Conner promoted Klemm from his Field Evaluation/Instructor position which he has held since January of 2006.  Previous to that Justin was a Minor League umpire for nine seasons.

Klemm replaces long time Executive Director of PBUC, Mike Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick moved to a newly created position as Special Assistant to President O'Conner.

O’Conner said that Klemm was a member of a talented group that has been promoted and cited that Minor League Baseball was fortunate to have him.  O’Conner said that Justin will join him as part of a guiding force in planning the direction of the company.
